I know I speak for ALL of us Canadians when I say we were thrilled to be there!

I can honestly say that I didn’t do justice in this vlog to the sheer volume of ideas and concepts made by the presenters.
The points they made simply confirm my own observations as a bilingual person, educator and a mother of bilingual children.

Oh Shelley, you don’t go to DDC 2008 in Calgary. I am going to DDC in this Tuesday, I will learn the workshop of deafhood next Thursday, three keynotes are Ella Mae Lentx, Genie Gertx and David Eberwein who will give their lectures about deafhood. My brain will get bigger and bigger, lol!
